Duties & Responsibilities :   

Under close-to-general supervision, provides a variety of routine non-clerical general business support functions for an institution, centralized district/regional office, a section/division of an office in an agency or a similar entity. Typical support functions include a combination of routine accounting (posting, reconciliation) and/or budget development and monitoring, personnel and payroll transactions, purchasing and inventory, records management and/or related areas. May supervise a small number of clerical, technical, maintenance or other staff. May serve as an assistant to a higher level administrative manager.
  

Minimum Qualifications :   
Associate`s degree from an accredited college.
OR
Two years of related experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications :   

Preference will be given to applicants who in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess the following:

1. One (1) or more years of experience working in a Human Resource`s setting to include working with TeamWorks Peoplesoft, Kronos Timekeeping, FMLA processing, Worker`s Compensation and hiring of staff.

2. One (1) or more years of experience working with Teamworks Financial or civilian equivalent to run queries, create electronic FPOS, and create electronic ledgers.
