Program Description:
The
Rockdale RYDC is a 52 bed juvenile detention center located in Conyers. The
facility will operate as a short term placement and will provide comprehensive
education and treatment programs for adjudicated and non-adjudicated youth
between the ages of 11-15. The facility will provide evidence based programs
delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff. This includes individual
counseling, medical, dental, mental health and recreation services.
Directions from Atlanta:
Take I-20 East to exit 78 on Sigma Road. Turn left at
light and continue to drive until the 2nd traffic light. Turn left on Chambers
Road; follow the road pass the Rockdale County Sherriff Office. The Rockdale
RYDC is the building located at the end of Chambers Road.
